The reasons booked this hotel was to attend wedding dinner nearby this hotel. The moment we checked in, the reception informed me that their rooms' air-cond got a problem, waiting for the spare parts to repair. The room air-cond was not cold, but it still can be acceptable. The checked in procedure just took too long, and the receptionist staff need more training.Room size is big & renovated. Overall is ok for me !

Got car park. Can park there RM1 per entry. Need to verify at the front desk before going out. Comfortable to stay. Will stay there again.

Hotel room was abit old. Floor was very wet after a rainy morning outside. I wonder why the floor became automatically wet and slippery until my kids almost fell down the moment we came down the bed. Worst, when I try to fold the blanket and arrangs the quilt before I check out, I noticed theres a big patch of dry blood stain under the blanket. Will never come back to stay at this hotel again even its free of charge.
