location wise not too bad, walking distance to a mall nearby.. breakfast in the hotel is also not too bad.. Just that the room is old.

It may look a little old, but the facilities themselves are not lacking in 5-star standards, so it is good value for money. The breakfast itself is also acceptable. I would definitely visit again.

A little bit disappointed that now they are charging parking per day RM4. Information in trip should be updated as it was advertised as free parking.
Hotel is old but relatively clean. I like that the room & window are big with lots of sunlight when curtain are drawn open. We stayed here a few times already but just disappointed that now they start charging parking fees.

Good value of money with breakfast and next to shopping mall. However parking need to pay RM3 now . In house japanese restaurant is nice quiet place to enjoy private time

A very cost-effective hotel. The decoration style is all wood and the rooms are spacious and bright. The breakfast has local characteristics and is also great.

The location was great! The service is not up to a 5-star standard as they do not have a pillow menu. On top, the room is quite run down but the good thing is they are still clean.
