Stayed overnight for business purpose. Location is good and I like that it’s relatively quiet. Check in was easy, fast and pleasant. However, shortly after I had to go to my car and it was raining. There were staffs outside the hotel entrance that just stood there without asking whether I need umbrella or not. Sure the car is a short distance away but it’s always nice to ask rather than just standing and watching a guest being drenched by the rain. Room was good and clean, some of the electrical outlets were a bit misaligned. There was a perpetual smell like damp cloth thruout the hallway, but none in the room. The blackout curtain is fantastic tho. Breakfast; not too many option but they were tasty; except the beef cold cut it just doesn’t look fresh. And the seating arrangement was a bit cramped as well. Other than that I actually enjoyed the food. Check out was again, a breeze.

Royal Chulan Damansara is an old hotel with spacious room, the hotel facilities are great, love the swimming pool for it's size and the beautiful view you get from the infinity wall side. The gym is also well equipped for a good work out. i love it that they have whatsapp conceirge/housekeeping line, which means we don't have to call and wait for someone to answer the phone and accede to our request, we just need to send a msg and they will respond and fulfill our needs asap. the breakfast has a good spread, the staff are always courteous and ready to go the extra mile. will totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in PJ, Malaysia.

I’d been using this hotel in the past during business travel stays. I’m back to this hotel again recently after 8 years and Covid-19 in 2020. Comfortable hotel stay and the Breakfast cafe was beautifully renovated. Still can recognize quite a number of old staff faces. Food quality is good. Short walking distance to mall. Super convenient. Positives: A great hotel to stay to get away from the Bukit Bintang jams. Conveniently connected with 1Utama, which has all sorts of restaurants and shops. Hotel generously placed 2 rooms side by side for our family. Requested ice bucket to the room which came so quickly. Negatives: We stayed at room 2119 for 3D2N. When I first stepped in, there was a dusty and damp smell. The smell got better when we left the toilet doors closed, but were subjected to smelling it in a more concentrated form when in the toilet. Our check out time was at 12PM. Usually on checkout day, there is no refreshing of room. On the morning of check out, we went out and returned at 11.30AM. We found one of our room was refreshed, and our items and grapes in the fridge were thrown away. Liaising between the reception and cleaning crew could be better.

Very comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved.

Location & Amenities: We loved the hotel's location. It's conveniently connected to the mall, making everything easily accessible by foot. The restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines, from Western dishes to local specialties. Parking: The only downside was the parking service. While the cost is reasonable at less than RM10 for 24 hours, it's still inconvenient and can affect the overall vacation experience. We believe the hotel management and The Curve should consider offering complimentary parking or more flexible options for their hotel guests to enhance their stay.

Walking distance from lobby to the paradigm mall We book without breakfast and have breakfast at coffee bean inside paradigm Parking is quite tricky to find, need to call the hotel, they said to park at yellow area Receiptionist check in us in the wrong room 2 double bed, but we book king size bed. Different price. Need to go down and settle with the receiptionist. After that everything is fine. Pleasant stay. Spacious room and toilet, TV is modern and variety channel.
