Best Pet friendly Hotels in Shenzhen

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, which is well-suited for business travelers. The location is excellent, close to major business hubs and transport links. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with essential amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and a spacious work desk. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The on-site facilities and dining options were convenient, though service during peak hours could be improved. Overall, a great choice for a productive business trip.

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

Location seemed quite far from nightlife activities. Staff were very helpful, however, didn't seem to speak any english, but they were very patient and helped by using translation software. The room was nice, terrace and other facilities could use some TLC. Overall good value for money

Good location! Walking distance to sea world. Loved the cute decoration of this place! We had the tatami room and it was perfect for us with our baby. Bathroom looked a bit old but it was ok, it was pretty clean. Overall enjoyed our stay there!

The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

We were contented with the hotel room and service provided by the staff, especially that Steven was nice and helpful, he could recall our room no. during breakfast, plus thanks for his suggestion on the tour spots. Room was exceptionally new and tidy. I love the bath tub and shower room. Free beverages with stuff were provided. Pleasant stay, will come again.

This hotel looks small but with only 2 levels it has many rooms. There is a mini pool and laundry facility. It’s location is not that good, need to take Didi every time. The room is noise as it is at a cross junction. Can hear people walking and talk. Overall it is ok if you are staying more than 1 day.

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)

I was very satisfied here, it has great quality for cost. The area is more removed from the center but there is an express metro so it's not a big issue. Planes fly over occasionally but with windows closed you barely notice it. The area is new, clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths, like a giant park. There are several good food places at the metro station and it's a short ride to malls and supermarkets. The air is very good, I never had trouble breathing like in the city center. The room is clean and pleasant, staff come to clean every day, management is friendly and helpful, they reply instantly on wechat, it has translation so language is no issue. I rarely heard neighbor noise, there was never any smells or bugs, the room stays warm in the winter and the shower gets hot instantly. There is a lot of sun light but you can make it dark, I slept great despite jet lag, there is good mood light, the wifi is fast and the tv is big and new. I think for the low price and high quality it's definitely worth spending some extra time on the metro.

Amazing trip! Excellent service, the staff was super friendly, helpful and extremely efficient! We also received a check-out gift. The complimentary afternoon tea with waffles and the breakfast was delicious. We also got a photo shoot done by a professional photographer and the pictures were amazing. The view is breathtaking, it will definitely make you feel like you are in Greece. Overall the experience was great and very worth it♥️♥️♥️
