"The location is fantastic, only a five-minute walk to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo. There are plenty of snack shops and restaurants near the East Gate, like Zhengxin Fried Chicken. Plus, you can grab free water at the front desk, and there's an elevator, so no need to haul your luggage up the stairs."

"What I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.  The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles. The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel. I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.  There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’. I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back. The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people . The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.  In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I must give it a five-star rating, it is such a good hotel. First of all, when we arrived, the landlady enthusiastically guided us to park, helped us carry our luggage, and even upgraded us to a parent-child room. There was a basket of plums at the front desk, which we kept letting us eat. The children ate so many that I was embarrassed... Moreover, we answered all questions. We asked how to play in Xiaoqikong, and the landlady explained it to us in detail bit by bit based on the big map on the wall. The room is very good, very big and clean, the bed and pillows are also very comfortable, there is a super good projection, the bathroom is great, the faucet in the shower is very comfortable, and the water pressure is high enough. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. Each person had a bowl of shredded pork noodles, a cup of soy milk, an egg, a small steamed bun, a bowl of millet porridge, and fried dough sticks... It was not too rich at all. I liked it. After eating, it only takes less than ten minutes to walk to the east gate of Xiaoqikong, which is super close. Because the boss lady had already explained to us in detail how to play with the little seven holes, we went very smoothly and didn’t make any mistakes at all. The play went very well. The two kids went crazy playing in the water and were super happy. When I came back in the afternoon, I sat in the lobby to rest for a while and ate a lot of plums before leaving. The most important thing is that throughout the whole process, the proprietress didn't say anything to me about positive reviews. Again, she never asked me to give positive reviews. I really think it is very good, I must give it a good review. Next time I have a chance to come to Xiaoqikong, I will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is located about 2-3 kilometers from the west gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo, nestled among beautiful mountains with an excellent and very tranquil ecological environment. It's a villa complex with good management. There's a shuttle service from the hotel lobby to your specific building; since we drove, we just parked directly at our room. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and odorless, with a wide-open view allowing us to enjoy the nearby mountain scenery right from our room. The hotel even provided two complimentary tickets to Xiaoqikong, though the scenic area's shuttle bus requires separate payment. There's also a dedicated shuttle service from the hotel to the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area Visitor Center, which is very convenient. Five-star rating, I'll definitely recommend it to friends looking for a similar experience."

"Service: The staff were very friendly and handled any issues promptly. Cleanliness: So-so, acceptable. Environment: Overall, passable, much better than older hotels and guesthouses in the area. Facilities: Fairly complete. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's convenient for getting to the old town. Bar: Only provided for one day out of two, including the fruit."

"The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic! We stayed for two nights, and the day we left, we decided to make a temporary decision in advance and was afraid that we would not be able to catch the car because of the small situation. The boss drove us back and forth to the station twice in a small car, so that we successfully caught the previous bus on time. The proprietress was also mighty, and she quickly helped us carry our luggage from the upstairs and quickly went downstairs. No matter whether it was sinking or not, like it! How can such a shopkeeper not operate well? The environment in the store is warm and comfortable, and the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is clean and hygienic, and the variety is just right. It feels much more secure than eating outside. The boss will also drive a small car to the tourist center of the scenic spot. Although it is not very far, it really feels very thoughtful."

"This must be praised by the special car to the county seat. You can go to Maolan Reserve for 50 yuan in the county carpool. Originally, we planned to go to Qinglongtan on the first day. Because it rained, we changed it to the next day. It is recommended to play or look at the karst landform. If it rains, you can live for one more day. After going to Qingtan Mountain, you can go straight to the Golden Lion Cave Cave to cool off the heat. When I came back, I bought sour plum sauce in the county. The taste was different from the supermarket. I contacted the driver to pick us up to the hotel. The high-speed rail at noon on the third day, the driver sent us to the high-speed rail station. It was very convenient to not drive. Well done!"

"🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs. The Highlights: The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue. The Downsides: However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived. Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!"

"Perfect for a family getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and their service was exceptionally thoughtful. We had a child with us, and they didn't charge extra for the food our little one ordered. Overall, it offers great value for money. The package included afternoon tea, a Yao ethnic group bath, and a barbecue in the evening. Staying in the courtyard made time feel like it slowed down, and enjoying a barbecue and a drink in the evening was incredibly relaxing. It’s ideal for escaping the city."
