It's a beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff. Large room with king size bed. The breakfast is very very good and if you want freshly fried eggs (since they are not set) you just have to ask the waiter. You can park your car for free. Large elevators (for us it is important to be able to go up to the room with the baby stroller). You can order a mini crib without any problem.

Facile d'accès pour explorer le sud de Bordeaux, grand parking, hotel calme, chambre comfortable. Personnel amical. Restaurant convivial, belle carte des vins, services très sympa. Petit déjeuner varié. Mon seul bémol, le bruit de la ventilation dans les chambres. Le point d'orgue qui fait la différence, l'attention de Garance au restaurant. Merci.

The hotel was ok, but there was a hair in my bed which was not pleasant and the A/C wouldn’t work. My husband went down to ask for a key to open the window and they said it won’t open. It was so hot at night!! Not a comfortable night. I am sure it will be ok in winter, but I wouldn’t stay there again

Ça m’embête de rédiger un avis « moyen » mais suite à mon séjour de plusieurs nuits, je ne trouve pas que l’hôtel vaut les 4 étoiles, du moins à l’époque actuelle. À mon arrivée, apparemment une bouteille d’eau m’attendait dans le petit frigo (je la cherche toujours), ce dernier n’était pas nettoyé à l’intérieur. Les meubles sont rayés et certains textiles tâchés (couverture rose sur le lit, rideau de douche, rideaux), je parle uniquement de tâches visibles, sans s’approcher avec une loupe. Les coussins ne sont pas fantastiques et l’isolation phonique dans l’hôtel n’est pas super. Néanmoins, le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec différents choix et le parking est très grand.
