Sehr freundliches Personal, aufmerksam! Ansonsten ist das Hotel nett aber widersprüchlich. Wir hatten die große Suite mit einem sehr gut gestalteten Dusch- und Badebereich (im Souterrain), allerdings reicht der Wasserdruck nicht aus, um wirklich zu zweit zu duschen. Im Eingangsbereich der sehr interessant gestalteten Suite (mit offenem Kamin) standen zwei einfache Betten (vor dem Kamin!) - das Zimmer ist aber mit der offenen Gestaltung definitiv nicht für Familien geeignet. Dafür gab es keine Sitzecke (vor dem Kamin)! Frühstück: Italienisch, klar! Aber eine Sorte Salami und eine Sorte Käse sind dann doch sehr überschaubar. Manche Ecken traumhaft gestaltet (Leseecke), anderes eher improvisiert, die Tiefgarage war (als wir da waren) ein riesiger Haufen Sperrmüll (4 Parkplätze voll). Vielleicht sind die netten Inhaber auch beim umbauen - keine Ahnung! In Summe widersprüchlich!

di passaggio per le ferie estive, abbiamo cercato una sistemazione a Pescara, per poi continuare verso la Sicilia. hotel carinissimo, camera enorme, ed accetano i cani ( ne abbiamo 3) e ci hanno fatto trovare le culla per il bimbo. personale attento a soddisfare tutte le esigenze, colazione ottima e non ultimo, posto in garage disponibile. ci torneremo.

L'hotel non sembra affatto a 4 stelle. A parte la gentilezza di Sara e Giulia è tutto da rivedere. Parcheggio che è più iun magazzino a 20.euro a giorno. Nessuna attenzione al particolare è in certi punti l'approssimazione più totale. Camere con mobili vecchi e bagni retro'. Ci siamo lavati con acqua fredda, meno male che era luglio. Pavimenti di mille modi, alcuni con parquet di bassa qualità.

Dirty walls, clogged sink, bed with exposed bed base, terrible breakfast with cakes that are not at all fresh and at the limit of digestibility. All for a cost of €125 for a DUS. The only valid point is the kindness of the staff but not able to make up for all the other shortcomings: never again!

the staff is very welcoming and accommodations comfortable and well designed. it is conveniently located not far from the beach and not far from the center. i liked the common areas, especially the library with its books. the only thing i didn’t like was the large screen monitor in breakfast room playing “calming” spa-like music - however, i may be in the minority about these mood-creating backgrounds.

Great location in pescara , 15min walk to town centre. Very boutique feel downstairs , Rooms were clean spacious only downside was the walls are thin . Staff especially Julia and Elanora were very helpful and friendly with always a smiley face . The restaurant has lot of character and great feel of warmth to it . Breakfast was always with great presentation . Meet our dietary requirements. Great at helping us organise day trips and restaurants.

Often small structures allow you to enjoy a friendly family atmosphere that makes you feel "at home". Italo, the owner, and Eleonora, will accompany you upon your arrival to visit the hotel, which is not large, but which does not lack the essentials. The rooms are not very large but are still quite spacious, the one assigned to me had two showers, with modern and renovated facilities; the restaurant and breakfast area are nice and offer not many but excellent "homemade" products. There is a small library and a small garden where you can spend a few moments of genuinely enriching relaxation. But above all, the smile and thoughtfulness of the staff, eager to make you feel at ease, will make the difference. And, last but not least, the price-quality ratio is certainly appreciable.
