Le Mie città

Appartamento composto da tre camere indipendenti con soggiorno in comune. La posizione è a livello strada e lontana dal centro. La camera è nuova e moderna ma il letto scricchiola rumorosamente, il condizionatore è rumoroso e la TV non si accende. Il bar più vicino dove si poteva consumare la colazione con voucher era chiuso per ferie.

Semplicemente ottimo! La stanza adatta del frigo, l’aria condizionata, ciabatte. Molto comoda e silenziosa al notte. C’e anche il parcheggio che è molto importante. Ottima posizione per andare al mare in 7-10 min. Consiglio e tornerò sicuramente.

We stayed one night while passing through Pescara. Outside reserved parking for three cars. Before arrival we were contacted to confirm arrival time in order to provide us with entry codes. Everything is OK. Our bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Maximum score up to this point....unfortunately for us that day there was a very bad and strong smell of chickenpox, probably indicative of removed mold, the fact is that it was not a pleasant night spent with windows open at night for passage and change of air; in the morning we left immediately. I imagine the problem was then resolved. Despite the inconvenience involved, the solution would still be advisable.

New and very well-kept structure. Very clean room, free slippers and courtesy kit complete with everything. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. The B&B is located outside the city center but with nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is 800 meters away and you can take advantage of the agreement with one of the establishments in the area at a cost of €25 per umbrella and two sunbeds.

Brand new, contemporary, functional and very clean B&B, equipped with home automation (shutters and lights), air conditioning, satellite TV, wifi, electronic keys, equipped outdoor area and common area with table, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The lady who welcomed us was priceless: helpful, friendly, attentive... The sea can be reached on foot with a short walk, as can bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The B&B has an agreement with a lido: for €25 you can have an umbrella and two sunbeds reserved for each room. Only aspect that could be improved: breakfast. It is possible to consume it, presenting a voucher, in two bars. We chose a pastry bar with excellent products. The voucher includes a hot drink and a pasta...unfortunately only in a specific price range: if you want one in a higher price range, an addition is necessary and is quite unpleasant, not because of the money itself, but because the breakfast is already not rich. However, I will not lower my rating for this, I am certain that the owners will be able to find a more satisfactory solution.

When I arrived, I was personally welcomed by the owner who showed me everything and gave me a card with which I could open the gate and the room, without the need for annoying keys. there is a reserved car park for B&B guests next to the structure. the rooms are equipped with every comfort, all with the highest level of technology and equipped with LCD TV with sky... very refined and welcoming. SUPER RECOMMENDED.
