"Everything was broken or closed. Bar = closed Sink = broken Spa = closed down Reception = all staff go home and leave the hostel unattended. Showers = poor, no curtains so everything is soaked. Far from train station, uphill. Could be a lot better with a little bit of work"

"A really well placed two star hotel about two minute walk from the main area near the square/museum etc. We were there for the jazz festival and it was very hot about 36 degrees. The hotel provided fans for each room which helped somewhat. Breakfast was good with fresh coffee made by the owners. The owner , his brother and the rest of the staff were very attentive and provided advice and information as required. The hotel also has a fridge in reception selling water, soft drinks and alcohol. The other thing to note to get to the lower end of town is that there are underground escalators which is a great plus particularly in the hot weather !"
