Wir waren heuer wieder vom 29. Sept. - 4. Oktober zum 10. Mal im Kristall und wurden wiederum auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Besten Dank an Adi und sein gesamtes Team, das uns immer fröhlich und aufgestellt bediente. Es ist für uns jedes mal eine wirkliche Erholung und ein Genuss in diesem Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Sehr ruhiges Adults-Only Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Service wie imemr ausgezeichnet, Personal sehr freundlich, alles immer sauber und blitzblank. Essen sehr gut, riesiges Buffet und eine gute Weinkarte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very good hotel with friendly people and a top kitchen-team which ensures high quality pampering. There is enough possibility to relax in the Wellness & Spa. The Karwendel Mountains around the hotel offer many opportunities for a long mountain walk.

5 tage wellness urlaub bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. hotel mit herzlicher atmosphäre und gemütlichen zimmern. warmer whirlpool und kalter schwimmteich im outdoor bereich, ruheraum mit wasserbetten, buchbare spa behandlungen, yoga und meditieren im aktivprogramm inkludiert, ausgezeichnetes essen (frühstücksbuffet, abends mehrgängiges menü mit auswahl vom hauptgang) vom freundlichen personal serviert.

Top hotel qua ligging (op loopsfstand van het meer, terrasjes en wandelroutes), eten (genoeg keuze en van top kwaliteit) en wellness (zeer veel faciliteiten). Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers met uitzicht op de bergen. Wij komen zeker terug.

Ein wunderbares Hotel bei dem von A-Z alles stimmig ist, die Servicequalität, die Freundlichkeit, Wellness, Zimmer und das Essen! Ein Ort der Ruhe und der Erholung, als Eltern erachten wir übrigens den Schritt zu "Adults Only" als absolut richtig.

Der Empfang an der Reception war sehr herzlich. Als ich dann den Weg zu unserem Zimmer sah (an der Bar vorbei, dann duchs Restaurant und noch Treppenstufen) war meine Begeisterung etwas kleiner. Auch dass kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer war (wurde auf Nachfrage geliefert, leider funktionierte der 1. nicht), obwohl in der Auftragsbestätigung ein solcher aufgeführt war. Meiner Meinung nach sollte in einem 4 Sterne Plus Hotel ein Kühlschrank Norm sein. Wir konnten beide ein sehr gute Massage geniessen. Auch das Bad war sehr schön und hatte genügend Platz. Das Essen im Restaurant und speziell dasjenige im Kellerlokal waren sehr gut und auch super präsentiert. Was den Service im normalen Restaurant angeht, kann ich die durchweg sehr guten Beurteilungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass wir als "nicht Stammgäste" beim Service in der zweiten Reihe standen. Die Stammgäste die teilweise eine Halbe Stunde oder später ankamen haben vor uns Getränke und Vorspeisen erhalten. Auf Nachfrage stellten wir fest, dass die Getränkebestellung nicht aufgenommen wurde. Wir erhielten den Wein immerhin noch kurz vor dem Hauptgang! Ich hatte einen Gutschein für Ihr Hotel erhalten. Der Zweck dieses Gutscheins dürfte doch die Gewinnung von Stammkunden sein. Das hat bei mir nicht geklappt.

It is always nice to have a holiday or short break in this hotel. It's pure pampering. Beautiful location with clean rooms and a top kitchen. The staff is also very friendly. Dinner is a true experience with a nice glass of wine. You will not be short of anything for breakfast.
