Beautiful motel & location. Spacious rooms that are very clean & the check in staff are fantastic. It’s close to the beach & shopping centres & there are multiple restaurants below the motel. We are staying mid week so it may be noisier on weekends but at the moment it’s very quiet & pleasant, we will definitely come back here.

Andrew the host was friendly and always contactable. The location of this accom though 35min from city centre have a decent big mall nearby, Ocean Keys shopping centre. Everything you need, you can probably find there. Andrew provided us some sight seeing tips and the kids went to the beach about 10min away. The house is very big, enough to accommodate 10-12pax, fully equip kitchen to prepare any meals. There was also a washing machine to do your laundry. Place is pretty quiet at night but never once we felt it was unsafe.

At short notice we booked Joondalup City Hotel for two weeks. We hadn’t intended staying in Perth , but a fractured ankle meant we had too until I was declared fit to fly. The care and attention received from the staff for myself and my daughter was evident right from the start. Accommodating and helping us with our every need. Large ground floor suite, assistance with my mobility needs, helping to print out documents for my medical care / insurance / flight home . Friendly chat with all. The hotel rooms are undergoing renovation. They do have everything you need , kitchen area, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom facilities. Large car park accessed at the rear . But it is the human touch where this hotel absolutely excels and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel . Thank you. We will return .

This is the most satisfying hotel in Perth for two weeks! The door is written ”Please ring the doorbell” and the spacious parking space, which makes people feel a sense of intimacy without entering the door. The public areas, kitchen facilities, bedrooms, tea rooms, balcony, lawn... are all organized and clean, so that I can feel the taste of ”home” in a foreign country! The store's service is also very intimate. Due to the tiredness of the journey, the lymph nodes are swollen and the gums are inflamed. They provided me with analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs in time, which relieved my pain and made my follow-up journey worry-free. I was a little embarrassed to check out today and send a gift. In the future, I will share my personal experience with friends who like to travel. If you come to Western Australia, don't miss the ”Sunshine Little Cockroaches”! Here, you can do what you want to eat yourself.

Stayed for business purposes. Found the location to be perfect for my needs, all facilities clean and tidy and the room / apartment to be pleasant and comfortable. Secure car parking was very handy and the on-site gym was handy and reasonable for basic fitness needs, although it could use some upgraded equipment for anyone with serious fitness goals. Would definitely stay again.

Yanchep Inn is our absolute favourite for local dining and accommodation. A warming comfortable venue, full of charm and history. Take a walk around outside too, there's lots to see. Great food, never had a bad meal here and we eat there often, and have for 15 years. We even got married here, beautiful surrounds for any occasion :)

Arrived in Perth on 24 January 2023 and had this accommodation booked for just 6 days out of our 39 day trip to Oz. Had we realised just how beautiful this place was we think we would have stayed here for the entire trip. What fantastic hosts Kyle and Jodi are and don’t forget little Billy the dog. The rooms are spacious with air condition, the kitchen has everything you need and outside is relaxing to sit and chat with other residents. What a welcome to Australia. Hope the rest of our accommodation matches up to this

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

We stayed here for two nights after a 17 hour flight from London Heathrow to Perth after waiting more than one and half hours for our luggage we got a taxi to this hotel and the service was very good. We checked in and went to our room where there was tea and coffee available in the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillow up to the standard of Holiday Inn around the world. We went down to Ivy and Jack's which is attached to the hotel. The food was very good but more like share platters and good for the occasional drink rather than a main meal. I believe this is where they service the breakfast if you have a breakfast package with the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of the city so close to everything but not a lot of restaurants to eat at during the dinner service. Most hotels seem to only service lunches or late afternoon snacks.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.
GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.
VVivianMuThe hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Perth Central Station. The room facilities and decoration are good, but it is a bit inconvenient for Chinese tourists that there are no slippers. Breakfast is ordered, with a main course, coffee and juice, which is good not to waste
IIvy Heng XYNot my first time in a doubletree Hilton but this one was rather disappointing.
We arrived at the hotel at around 7pm, check in was a breeze, except that there is no porter to assist. We have many pieces of luggage but thankfully the receptionist. Jessica, helped us with the luggage before my husband was back from parking. Parking is a slight walk away and it is not very convenient.
Please give the breakfast a miss. Our room came with breakfast but the breakfast was so bad! Everything was hard and cold, there wasn’t even coffee like cap or flat white available. When we asked the waiter for it, we were not informed, but the coffee charges were billed to our room charge.

Frankly, I like the room layout but the housekeeping has some room of improvement to go. Though we turned on the ‘please clean the room’ button before leaving for the day, the room wasn’t cleaned until we called when we were back. We were told that room is only cleaned upon request! (But we did request for the whole day). The receptionist who answered the call offered to change the towel only but I insisted my room to be cleaned. When the housekeeping team arrived, he only changed the towel (and forgot the main bath towel) and no vacuuming was done at all. Conditioner was off as someone may have added water to the bottle but the housekeeping team did not check and refill properly too. (307)
Location is convenient, near to many nice eateries but right opposite some adult shop.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with ocean views, close to the city, shops and restaurant. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful, however, the hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift, a bit worn and I wrongly assumed it would provide basic facilities such as a toothbrush. The restaurant staff was equally friendly and breakfast was great and ample, but dinner was a bit of a disaster, could not eat the pork belly, it was one greasy lump, very disappointing. The pool was fantastic, quite unusual and beautifully lit at night, 5 stars. I was shocked by the state of the gym that used to be efficiently equipped and clean in the past. The equipment is at least 20 years old now, rusty and noisy.
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again
GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space
GGuest UserGREAT FRIENDLY CHECK IN THE HOTEL ITSELF IS REALLY GORGEOUS. COMFY BED VERY CLEAN. GREAT TO SEE A HOTEL BAR THAT WAS VIBRANT AND NOT OVERPRICED. FANTASTIC LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. WE HAD A GREAT STAY HERE
SShareTipsGood value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.
