"Check-in was quick and easy, and they were also able to store my luggage, which was a huge help. The staff were all fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Overall, the room was quite good, and I'd definitely give the entire experience five stars. However, if you happen to get room 214, it can be a bit noisy at night. It's located right on the path from the garage into the hotel, so try to avoid that room if you can."

"Accomodation in Pan Pacific is wonderful. The hotel locates in central Perth, which is in the vicinity of CBD. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room itself is a little bit small but facilities are good. Beds are comfortable and the environment is peaceful. Will definitely choose to stay at Pan Pacific again."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in a bustling area of Perth. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay. While there are some homeless people in the vicinity, the hotel maintains good security. After 9 PM, you need your room key to access both the lobby and the elevators."

"I was bit surprised at first because all the reviews I saw were about noise from the bar. I was aiming for stressful sleepless night since I booked in for the weekend. Glad to say I was worried about nothing. Stay was very pleasant. Only noise was people walking the stairs. Overall Room was very clean. And they gave me a complementary drink , breakfast coupons sadly I wasn't able to use it. Access was easy since the hotel location is 9 minutes away from Perth station. And also bus stop is few minutes away. So many good restaurants nearby. I think if I have a chance ro stay here again I will. Thank you for the pleasant stay."

"Excellent hotel at excellent location for excellent price. I’ve stayed for 2 weeks and liked every day there. Big and comfortable bed, air conditioning perfectly adjustable. Hotel is quiet and clean wherever you walk, guests you notice only at lobby/breakfast area. King’s park just across the street, city center 20 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to train station. Taxi (Uber) always around and arrives within less than 5 minutes. The only thing I could say it was issue is lack of shelfs/drawers in the room to arrange 2 week clothes 😬"

"I had stayed at this hotel before, and once again it proved to be a great choice in Perth. The overall experience was very positive, with comfortable rooms and a convenient location. What really stood out during this stay was the attentiveness and flexibility of the staff. Traveling with family can sometimes require a bit of adjustment, and the team handled everything with great care and professionalism. They were consistently helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s this kind of genuine hospitality that makes a difference. "I stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself."

"After an early morning flight, I arrived quite early, intending to just drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, I was able to check in directly and go straight to my room to rest. The hotel is very quiet, and the room is large and clean. The studio comes with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is fantastic for the price. There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping, and a bus stop right outside the entrance. It's only a 10-20 minute bus ride to the ferry terminal."

"The hotel is located in the city center, but it's a 15-minute walk to Perth Station. If you don't like walking, I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have trouble finding food. As for service, it really depends on which front desk staff you encounter. Out of the three I met, one had a very indifferent, poker-faced attitude throughout, while another was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and even slowed down their speech for us as foreigners. So, it's hard to judge the service consistently. However, the hardware facilities are quite basic. You have to insert your room card into a slot, wait for it to turn green, and then pull it out before you can press the elevator or open the door. It seems like a very old-fashioned and inconvenient design."

"Perfect location for a short stay. The hotel is central, there is a wonderful bar and restaurant if it gets late and you prefer to stay in. We had a drink at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. There’s a pool and gym which is great to have on hot days. It was close to many shops and restaurants which is ideal as you don’t have to travel far also to enjoy the pier and city views."
