The outdoor pool looked clean and it was warmer than the indoor pool at the last hotel. I asked for a wash cloth and was given hand towels. The flip lock on our door was broken. There was no stem for the loop to lock the door.

Quality inn Farmington mo has gone down. Very seedy crowd, didn’t feel safe so went elsewhere. Room and hall smelled like tuna fish. Room smelled also like bleach. Not sure if there may be long term stays there. May explain the element we encountered.

The check in was easy, breakfast was good. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, wish all hotels had that. My bed at home was more comfortable, but I'm sure everyone says that. The only problem I had was some trouble with my key card not working, but the clerk at the desk was nice & gave me a new one. Everything was clean and good otherwise.

Check in was a nightmare. Staff doesn’t speak good English and kept saying ******* hadn’t paid them. Horrible experience you would never want to go through.room keys quit working long before checkout. Breakfast items were scarce
