The day I checked in the hotel was having a maintenance but the check in was delayed till 7pm. Lift was creepy due to maintenance. I decided to wait after long work with such tiredness due to online booking platform, the option given is wait or cancel at that moment. However one of their senior stuff helped me to checked in even their system was down but manually she did what she can for assistance the customer!
