我6/9那天根本無法訂購搭上對應的班機，前面有馬上退訂單，6/11告知我結果說不能全額退款：原因是因為個人原因，行程變更，這理由我無法接受，當初我要預訂的是機+酒方案，就是因為日期飯店無法跟航班對應，而且這不是退款不退款的問題，而是感覺問題～謝謝
