Super 8 by Wyndham Pendleton

One of the better values in town. Nothing special. Nothing terrible.

So I got sick due to amount of cigar smoke smell in room I get was in middle going through remodel I get it but no smoking should mean that no smoking i called Wyndham Customer Care and have been getting run around and when I called motel lady I talked to said to contact Wyndham Customer Care and was very rude and disrespectful me on phone she said I should have stayed else wear if I didn't like the smell well me and my wife got sick I cant be around cigar smoke or cigarette smoke and room smelled like cigars and was very bad the bathroom was gross didn't look like was clean and tiles were falling apart outside my door was a flashing light if i would have had issues with seizures or my wife it would have been a big issue window was cracked and held together with caulking There is furniture outside the rooms in hallways as some parts of this place is going through remodel I requested my money back due to all above i have been transferred 6 times with Wyndham Customer Care says they will try to contact owner since owner wont answer im not sure what to do i will change my review if refund issued but as of right now my review stands if anything for issues I have had would at least like partion of refund hope this gets resolved its been week and a half and still no resolution has happened stayed August 16 and checked out August 17th I hope this review helps others If you dont care how room looks or smells and u dont care if bathroom is clean or care about getting sick this place is for you If your prone for serious medical issues I wouldn't recommend at all I have been to super 8 places before but never this bad So update Wyndham says its up to owner on refund no refun was issued but they keep removing my review so take it they dont like truth coming out so be aware before you get a room here they will not help if anything goes wrong and some rooms like 222 it was gross and back door if you want ghetto ghetto is where you will be

Bedbugs. And they are trying to charge my card for a reservation that was cancelled after I saw the reviews about bedbugs. The charge is still pending. I called to tell them I had canceled and the guy with the thick Indian accent tells me I have to call back at 9 am tomorrow. All these Indian owned motels are the same....fleabags and ripoff.

We recently had an extended stay at The Wyndham in Pendleton. I can honestly say, the owners and staff are amazing people. They made our stay here so much better. Not only were they very accommodating to my families needs, the treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

It was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, had waffles and cold cereal, fruit,toast . The bed was hard for my preference. It was clean and quiet.
