The first night was fine. The second night we found that the mounted pump containers in the shower had not been refilled for awhile. The body wash pump was empty. No bars of soap available in room.
When I got on the floor to do exercises, a small shard of glass became embedded in the palm of my hand. Obviously, Housekeeping didn’t perform the cleaning very well. When I went to the front desk to submit a formal complaint, I found that the two front desk workers just started working there that night with very poor training, if any. They had no idea how to provide missing laundry bags for guests, how to provide a guest with shower body wash when empty.
I provided a formal complaint on note paper to Naomi, one of the front desk clerks regarding the embedded glass in my hand. She saw the glass as well. She left that note for her manager come morning.
