ATTENTION FRAUDSTERS!! On booking they are called Living Asia Sunset Resort. They sell cottages on the platform that are under renovation. When booking they charge money in advance, the offer is non-refundable. We arrived at the place with family and it turned out that the facility is under renovation and we were asked to leave the construction site. In the season there are no accommodations on the island, we had to incur additional costs and escape to another island and buy accommodation at a much higher price. On the spot they encourage you to cancel the reservation, which has the note "non-refundable". So they try to cheat additionally, fortunately intervention in booking helped, but no one will give you back your nerves and increased costs of your stay.
