Nice hotel in a convenient location close to the harbor. Rooms are spacious and very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, not very special, but enough. Possibility to have breakfast on the beach in the morning sun. Beautiful garden with swimming pool, sunbeds and towel service. Only downside: the water pressure of the shower is very low. We will definitely come back if we visit Gili Air again👍🏻

Very Close to Harbour.
Big Area in Front of Ocean.
Nice Big Room, Clean, Comfort, Silent.
Breakfast is OK Local as Western available.
Only the Pool Not Clean as whised.
Water in Bath was Not available for few hours one Day.

The teams are relatively nice and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is not at all comfortable and the food is very bad and the value for money is very questionable.

Beautiful secret garden close to everything (harbor, nice restaurants,shops) the staff was extremly friendly and adorable they help me to upgrade the wifi speed to work. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast is tasty. It would be nice to provide some fresh juices or smoothies for breakfast. They had amazing fruits.

Service from all people was top, very friendly. Unfortunately they were busy with renovations when I was there, so I was bothered by the noise. A few umbrellas at the pool were broken so you couldn't lie in the shade.
