Hotel Phamrong Retreat, Pelling

The stay was amazing although we booked late but got a excellent hotel at an excellent price and the stay was really amazing

Don't ever go to this hotel the provided literally a store room. And their receptionist, i think her name is tashi she doesn't know how to behave. I think hotel's admin needs to do some thinking. And mm t should not collabe with such hotels

1. Location is perfect 2. Property is old 3. No wifi on our day of arrival 4. Front office staff isnt that courteous; 5. Renovation works are going on 6. When the rates are considered, its worth for it 7. Awesome kanchenjunga view from the room 8. Restaurant available in basement; food is good but renovation works are going on; so seating isnt that perfect

No maintenance at all, bed sheets were dirty washroom was stinky staff was least bothered curtains were dirty curtain rod was falling extremely dirty property it is better to stay in the car itself rather than staying here. Would not recommend at all. 🤮🤮

As we entered with our family, one room that was provided had bugs, pillows had fungus, the lights were dim and the room had a bad smell. When we complained the answer was they don't have any other room. As we entered the toilet it wasn't clean, the geyser was broken, there were no cupboards in the family room and absolutely no hooks or whatsoever to hang out clothes on. Drinking water was not provided to us. When asked for iron box the next day the hotel denied saying it doesn't have it( like really!!) Absolutely disgusted by the room and the staff was also not cooperative. They had an air about themselves. Sachets were provided on day 1 to prepare tea rest days nothing. Our room was changed next day after 6 pm and that too the staff wasn't talking nicely. Just because it's a tourist place, they are exploiting people. We pre paid the hotel and they made us feel like we were staying there for free. Anything that was asked to them was either denied or given after a long wait intentionally. I will not recommend any one especially families to come and stay here.

Room given at 4th floor, no lift facility, dinner supply time 2 hrs in the morning there is no water in the washroom and toilet. Food quality is bed

Nice stay, but given top floor, i. E. 5th floor, and all know it's not very easy without lift. We have kids too. But location is good,

Food was good,beautiful kanchanjanga view from hotel room, the location of hotel is just near the centre of city.

There was smell of dampness in room room photos different bathroom was very dirty and smelly
