I would Not suggest This Hotel to anyone. First at all the room i Booked was Full withe cockroaches. There was No Cooperation from the Hotel to change the Room or give an Spray agains the cockroaches. The 2nd Point is there is No Hot water in the Room i booked.3th Point The airconditionor is not Working and the entire time in the Room was a Bad smell. The worst Hotel i have been in Pakanbaru No Suggestion.

All good. Only X room phone works. I have told the staff but no one has come to fix it.
Increase security in the hotel. Because the front room was busy, but no one came.
Whatever service and food are all the best. Clean room. Clean hotel. God willing I will come again.
