When I arrived the hotel was closed for business. My reservation was confirmed and I text the property about my arrival. No one ever reached out to tell me the hotel was closed. I received a bill to show me what the balance was going to be and still no word of any closure. I was stuck in a foreign country and having a language barrier made it 10 times worse. The property owner have not reached out to me about what happened or with an apology. Thank God my taxi driver knew of another accommodation for me after waiting for almost an hour with no resolution. This has been the worst experience I have ever had as a visitor to a foreign country. I was so embarrassed!!! I will never ever try to go to this property ever again

I had the place to myself the first 2 nights because it is off season right now. Breakfast was good, the room was huge and the staff are all so warm and welcoming.

An oasis of calm with the friendliest, most accommodating staff. Valery, on reception, is a huge asset to the property, as are Maria and Gladys. Would definitely return if in Pedasi.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Large airy room and bathroom. At the moment evening meals are not available but breakfast is included.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful Spanish style. We slept very well. We enjoyed breakfast served by Gladis every morning with fresh mango and papaya, fresh orange-mango juice. Everything is nicely maintained. It was nice to have a dip in the pool at the end of the day.

No me lo tomen a mal: el hotel es excelente, las instalaciones son excelentes, el desayuno hasta ahora ha sido lo mejor que me he comido en este pueblo. Pero el servicio al cliente es más que excelente. Karina y Gladys son una joya. Como el restaurante del hotel está cerrado, sugiero que lo anuncien para conocimiento de los clientes.

When we arrived, nobody knew anything about our reservation. The hotel room is dirty, missing a towel and hand soap. The safe was broken and will only be repaired in a week. At breakfast we were asked if we were hotel guests before being served fruit without being asked. They wouldn't have yoghurt with the fruit or bacon with the fried eggs. The bread wasn't fresh. We left early, didn't feel welcome here.
