Rim Country Inn Payson

Interesting experience. Honestly i wouldnt have booked the room if it wasnt the only available. When we first got there the staff was very kind. We got into our room and the floors left ny kids feet BLACK. The bathroom was dirty. F **K was carved into the side of the sink and my 8 year old can read. Drunks kept walking back and forth sround our vehicles then came up to ask us for alcohol. The beds were hard, nice hot water tho and the ac was ice cold. Also hard to access with traffic

Needs help Our room needed many repairs and upgrades. No lamp next to one bed and the plugs did not work when we tried to move one from the other bed. The floor was filthy, roommate's feet were black from walking barefoot on it. One bed had a metal skirt that we kept banging into. The bathroom is in need of upgrades. There is very little space to put things, and the shower is tight for a larger person. The faucets in the bathroom were installed backwards and my roommate noted an issue with the hot water not coming out well. This hotel was in better shape 5 years ago when I stayed there, and the young man at the desk said there is a new owner so hopefully things will soon be rectified. He was very helpful and did his best to fix some of the problems in our room, like providing an extension cord to hook up a lamp. He did offer to move us to another room, but we had already unpacked and loaded the refrigerator. The hotel is cute and in a great location, but in it's present condition it was sadly not worth what we paid for it.

Get What you Pay for I arrived early and no one was at the window. There is no lobby just a window. There was an emergency phone # on the window and I called it. No one answered. I saw the inside of the rooms since the doors were open during cleaning, and a bathroom. Sad not updated bathrooms. This place made Motel 6 look like a resort. I was scared to stay there.

Service from the front desk was great. The room was nice. Had a bit of a oops when entering the room. There was no teepee in the bathroom. It was quickly taken care of .

Clean and had everything you needed

90 degree and the AC could not get below 78 degrees.
