Perfectly located, luxury, historic hotel in the centre of the City. Our good-sized room had coastal views, a supremely-comfortable bed and marble bathroom. Great wifi. Quiet. Stocked minibar : good to see that peculiar hotel Covid paranoia finally over. Coffee and tea- making facilities provided, though only instant coffee - which was disappointing, perhaps more standard in Greece? The buffet breakfast at the rooftop restaurant / bar was generous, varied and provided a spectacular visita to start the day. (Remember to ask for Americano rather than black coffee so you get a barrista beverage). Other guests: couples and adult groups of all ages and nationalities.

Everything about my stay was incredible. From the food, to the service, to the room itself. The staff at ON truly make you feel welcome and do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience. Including breakfast is a must as the chef curates some delectable meals to get your day started right. The staff was so helpful and promptly assisted with anything I needed, including taxis and dinner recommendations. I also appreciated how central the hotel was; located directly next to the main city square, you don’t have to walk far at all to be on the promenade, in the going out district, to meet for a tour, or to shop. I look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Thessaloniki and ON Residence again in the future.

The service is thoughtful and thoughtful, take the initiative to help with the luggage, remind the room facilities how to use, breakfast staff to ask if you need coffee, take the initiative to help you call the good early. We absolutely love staying at this hotel and we come back to Thessaloniki only to be there. You feel truly at home as all members of the staff are exceptional and go the extra mile to please you. Location is fantastic and the views from the balcony are really nice. Their rooms are some of the most spacious I believe you could ever have in any similar hotel and so reasonably priced for what you get! Rooms are well kept, very clean with a lot of natural light. They also offer parking space and an EV charger that was super convenient and they take care of everything for you. Breakfast is also very good, with a lot of options including local flavors and fresh juice and coffee again served in a very nice and bright atrium. The hotel is super close the highstreet, some of the main landmarks of the city and some of the best restaurants. Looking forward to visiting Daios again some time in the winter!

A small luxury hotel in the middle of everything. Comfy beds, pillows, a great breakfast. There is also a indoor paid parking place next to the hotel. ( 20 euro daily) One minus: Our room had a connection room door to the next room, you hear your neighbours’s talk, shower etc.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel in the old part of the city. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with the choice of self service buffet or freshly cooked food brought to your table. The staff were all very helpful from the cleaner to the reception. The restaurant suggestions from the receptionist were first class and the food was superb. We will definitely return the next time we are in Thessaloniki.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and well-isolated. The only weak areas are the windows; sometimes it is noisy outside, which may be heard in the apartments. The cleanliness of the motel is satisfactory. The staff is courteous and helpful, and I believe the hotel is developing. Breakfast is varied, and while some of the cuisine is of high quality, not all is. I have been at this hotel in recent years (except in 2000, when it was closed during the summer), and it is now slightly better than in previous years. The price was quite decent for a five-star hotel, and I believe it is reasonable for the price.
