Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très situé à Pau. Personnel souriant et efficace. Très belle chambre, très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner. Brasserie ouverte jusque minuit donc idéal pour dîner après un spectacle. Espace bien être très correct.Hammam en maintenance...dommage.

Magnifique séjour. Très belle suite avec Spa et piscine chauffée. Excellent service de toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Pdj avec de très bons produits. Une mention spéciale pour Maxime. Accueil très professionnel et efficace et qui a su répondre aux quelques problèmes rencontrés (eau chaude et lumière). Nous reviendrons

Buen hotel, pero faltaría mejorar el servicio
El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones amplias. Aún así, nuestra habitación estaba helada y la solución fue darnos una estufa portátil (en lugar de darnos otra habitación). Además, nos dieron a entender que el desayuno estaba incluido al hacer el check in, pero luego nos lo han cobrado.
