파타야에서 위치가 너무 좋은 더베이스콘도에 처음으로 묵었습니다 이전까지 호텔위주로만 여향하다 처음으로 공유숙박을 이용했는데 저렴한가격이 큰 매리트로 다가왔고 주방시설과 세탁기등있어 굉장히 편리했고 거실도 분리되어 있어서 좋았지만 이용중 불편을 겪은점이있어 이야기해봅니다
이숙소를 이용한 결정적이유가 저렴한 이용료와 수영장 때문이였는데 수영장은 유리에 물때가 심해서 시야가 제한되어 아쉬웠고 수영후 룸으로돌아갈땨 옷에서 물이떨어졌다고 룸으로 찾아와 페널티 2000바트를 요구하여 당황하였습니다 물론 엘베에 부착되어있는 안내문을 자세하게 읽어보지않은 저의탓이 크겠지만 여행중 가장 불쾌한 기억으로 남습니다 그이후 꼼꼼하게 읽어본 패널티 부과되는 사례 내용들은 공공장소 스킨쉽하면 2000바트 룸에서떠들면 2000바트 기타등등 뭐만하면 2000바트를 받아간다는점입니다
그리고 아무런 지불증명없이 그냥 개인이 현금으로 받아가네요 수영하고 물기조금떨어진게 2000바트의 패널티를 내야할정도의 일인지는 다시한번 생각해 봐야 할것 같습니다
양심이 있으면 타월정도는 비치해두고 패널티를 매기세요
여행오면서 수건챙겨오는 여행객이 얼마나 있겠습니까
그리고 수영장청소상태는 그닥입니다
유리에는 물때가 너무심하고 물이 너무 탁해요
썬배드쪽 바닥은 많이 미끄러운 타일이니 걸을때 주의하셔야 합니다

A normal hotel for this money. It is located in the very center of Pattaya. Suitable for those who want to be in the middle of the action. We took a room with a sea view. In one of the bedrooms the air conditioner leaks very badly, there was a whole puddle on the floor. But overall - it's ok.
