Брали Делюкс на 3 человек. Останавливались на 3 дня. Отдельное большое спасибо за то, что оставили наши вещи за 3 дня до заезда, пока мы были на Самете.
Заехали в 14, как только приехали.
В бассейне не были, но люди с утра купаются.
Отель, как оказалось, из серии переночевать. С уборкой проблема. Даже вывешанная табличка с просьбой убраться не помогает. Мы уже просто ходили просили, чтобы хотя бы воду поставили и мусор убрали.
1 ночь спали без 1 подушки, потому что нам на 3 человека положили 2. На второй день весь день добивались, чтобы дали еще одну. Ну наконец к вечеру принесли.
Спать шумновато, хотя и балкон выходил на внутреннюю сторону, но улицу и музыку слышно хорошо.

I came to this hotel on the evening of March 4th. The room I was given was very different from the actual room I booked. I booked a deluxe room, which cost more than 330 baht per room on Ctrip, but the room the hotel gave me was 1,400 baht per room. The balcony was much smaller and the location was also very bad. I asked the front desk to change back to the deluxe room I booked, but the front desk refused because the bathroom had already been used. Many negotiations were fruitless.
The first photo below is the picture of the room I booked, and the second photo is the room arranged by the hotel. The difference is too big. The price at the front desk is more than 100 yuan different.

Being a 4 star hotel nothing was good except the location. Breakfast was only for Easterners, no options for Westerners. Dirty all around, not cleaned properly such as my balcony with dead flies at first and last day and around the pool not even swept all 1 week long. Last point is unfriendly staff all over.
