I like the clean and big swimming pool. However, the towels in the room are quite old and smell musty. They should change the towels. Breakfast should have boiled eggs for good health.

Ctrip's service quality is excellent, but this hotel has a lot of mosquitoes. We got the room type wrong and had to fight mosquitoes all night.

Good afternoon. We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The impressions were not very good. The condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The water does not drain in the shower; after washing it is all on the floor. The towels are shabby. Wi-Fi does not work in the hotel, although it is stated that it is available and free. The TV in the rooms does not show, everything is dim, it is impossible to watch. Breakfast is very meager and monotonous. And now the most important thing is the pool!!! It is in a deplorable state. The most dangerous is the children's area!!! Where children swim, safety should come first. Tiles are chipped off everywhere, there are sharp edges under the water. My son cut his foot while swimming in this pool. The hotel administration did not react to this. Boorish attitude of the manager towards visitors. He also accused us that it was my child’s own fault. Thanks to the girl Vlada at the reception, who did everything to help us. As a result, they required stitches and swimming was prohibited. Throughout the holiday, the child sat and watched others bathe. Two days later the situation repeats itself with another child. Result: a vein in the arm was damaged, the bleeding was barely stopped. Again the hospital, again stitches... No one closes the pool. They don't do anything.

As soon as I arrived at the accommodation floor, I smelled a very pungent smell of old carpet. Bath towels were stained.
The air conditioner kept ticking, and it was blowing directly on the bed, causing me to catch a bad cold.
The lighting in the hotel is very dim, and the room layout is also very subtle. My friend said the chair I sat on looked like a ghost (as shown in the picture, without filter). . Coupled with the sound of the air conditioner, the whole atmosphere was very weird, and we even shot a horror movie.
The location is remote and it is not possible to take a taxi. It takes more than half an hour to walk to the pier.
The only normal thing is the bathroom, which is spacious, wet and dry separated, and the lighting is warm and bright. Everything else is terrible.
