The family room was comfortable enough. There's no window and uses a shared bathroom, which needs some plumbing work to clear the smell. It's fine for a night or 2.

Magnificent hotel with six rooms, so I don't know if we were lucky but hey already if it's borderline risk of having trouble nearby Location at the top I still wonder how we do it if fire in the hotel since there are no stairs but otherwise great place

A very good place to stay! The staff is very nice. Clean rooms. I choosed to stay in the two bed room with kitchen. Two king size bed and a big balcony with beach view. Easy to get bahtbus to central Pattaya. Just 20 baht or 10 baht inside Jomtien. Highly recommended!
