The hotel has a good price-quality ratio and friendly staff. The room is very cheap by the standards of Russian resorts, but tired, it has everything you need: a bathroom with toiletries, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a hair dryer and an iron on request at the reception. There is no cooler, but water, tea, coffee, sugar are added every day, cleaning is daily, linen and towels are changed every 3 days. You can get clean towels by the pool every day, sun loungers and umbrellas are available, there are also 2 jacuzzis on the 2nd floor. There is a cafe with breakfasts, but we did not go there, since we do not wake up early. Jomtien Beach is a 5-minute walk away. Shops, cafes and food stalls are within a minute's walk.

I see a bunch of people complaining about the old design, but I kind of like it! It adds to the charm of the hotel. I personally did not have problems with my room and the room was also pretty spacious with a comfy bed, generous with pillows. The pool was very nice and clean.
However, the gym, sauna, and steam rooms were not held up as good as everything else in the hotel. The gym was small and doesn't look that well-maintained. While the sauna was okay, the steam room looked dirty; when the steam switches off, that's when you can see the actual state of the room. Otherwise, the room and the common areas of the hotel were clean.
Location wise, it is a really good spot if you want to access Jomtien Beach, budget friendly bars, and numerous Thai restaurants. It is a lengthy walk to Jomtien Night Market, though. But I personally don't mind the 15-20 minute walk. Despite being in a bustling area, it was rather quiet making it suitable for travellers who just want to rest at night.
