Booked the suite room, huge room with an amazing sea view. Enjoyed the expresso machine. This made up for the poor coffee at breakfast time. In general, the breakfast could have been better. Location was good. Nicer area of Pattaya but still close to everything. Enjoyed the swimming pool - allowed us to use the pool next door.

A year later we stayed at this hotel again, I still think that the price matches the quality. The staff is friendly, cleaning is mostly timely. Breakfast is quite simple, but every day the hot dishes changed, cooked very well. View from the balcony to the sea and the island of Koh Lan, before lunch the balcony is in the shade, after and until sunset in the sun. The air conditioner worked great, the room was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is just great, breakfasts are modest but good, basically what you need. Quiet bun, there is a good massage and an excellent laundry nearby. The staff is friendly, not intrusive. They clean every day.

Nice spacious room 705 with a great view, daily change of bed linen and towels, water brought. Clean pool downstairs, but did not use. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and has a sea view. You can see the ocean from the sea view room. The hotel is old but clean and nice. Second Road, Beach Road, laundry etc are very close. The balcony is spacious and nice.
