Not perfect but satisfactory. The cleaning is not thorough. There are hairs. I cleaned it myself when I checked in. I didn't ask them to clean it for five days. The breakfast is average but not expensive. You can eat enough. The location is OK because the hotel is not expensive. There is no problem with the service. The room is quite big. There is also a washing machine and electric stove in the room. It is very convenient.

Small hotel within walking distance of the Big C and Central Pattaya shopping malls. But 15 minutes walk from Beach Road. The location is quiet. No through road. The hotel is not new, but relatively recently renovated. With a small pool and gym. The few loungers were almost always occupied. The restaurant had a sufficiently large breakfast buffet. Lots of warm, mostly Asian dishes. Bread and rolls almost completely stale. There was also the option of ordering egg dishes. The grand room wasn't really huge, but it did have a kitchen and a good bed. The balcony was a tiny smoking balcony.
