The Base Prime - Pattaya Beach

The staff were wonderful and the view from the balcony was amazing. The location was also great, being able to walk to Pattaya Beach was a big plus.

The security guards at the community entrance are very responsible; they thoroughly check every person or vehicle entering. It seems there are many different property management units within the community. You can instantly contact the owners by adding them on WeChat or calling their direct phone numbers. They will arrange for staff to come to the entrance to pick you up, usually within about ten minutes. Your passport photocopy will be scanned and printed in the security office. The community is very quiet. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation due to the off-peak season, otherwise I would have loved to try it out. There's an umbrella provided in the bedroom, and all basic amenities are complete. The value for money is pretty good. I imagine the experience would be even better if it were a sea-view room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the water heater in the bathroom. If I have another chance to visit Pattaya, I would consider staying here again.

Overall, everything was fine, with the exception of the safe being very small and unattached. They later attached it, but it was done very poorly. You could only fit money and a passport in it, but not a tablet or laptop. The cutlery was incomplete; there were no teaspoons. The washing machine was old, and there were no clothes pegs. The dish sponge was old, so I had to buy my own. Early check-in was strictly not allowed; they didn't offer any flexibility. And of course, what I disliked most was the view from the window into the inner courtyard, so all I could see were the neighbors and what they were doing. I assume they could see me too. However, they responded very quickly to any requests. My rating is 3.5 out of 5.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool on the 31st floor, but when we arrived, we found out it was closed for renovations. Otherwise, everything was fine. The location is top-notch: 5 minutes to Walking Street, 5 minutes to Central Festival, and there's a currency exchange and a 7-Eleven nearby.

The accommodation is clean, the pool is clean, and it's not too busy. The view from the room is absolutely stunning!

Amazing condo! The view from the room is gorgeous! Having a kitchen is a huge plus after staying in hotels, as sometimes you just want to cook your own familiar breakfast. The location is excellent, with everything within walking distance.

Everything was great.... I really love this place, it's not our first time staying here... I recommend it.
