Food quality was good but very uncomfortable bed provided. Two mattresses were joined to make one which was very very uncomfortable. Had a terrible experience

Overall bad experience. Stained bedsheets, dirty floor towel, dirty glasses, dirty kettle, cobwebs etc. Although the property looks good, very badly maintained. Only one small lift that can accommodate 4 persons.

Stay was good with spacious clean room. Food was expensive with respect to the taste. Need to improve food quality and hygiene. Rest staffs were nice and helpful.

My 2 hours stay with my mother in this hotel was pathetic. The linens and towels were dirty. Staff does not listen to your requests. Simple request for a mild food for elderly person was not entertained. Overall i will not recommend this hotel for stay.
