Very bad experience as asked for water bottle and was not given till 1hr and bed sheets had stain on it and while checking out hotel people were blaming me that i had made the stain and bed sheet and were asking to pay me for the same. Very much unprofessional behaviour

Due to rain water was flowing into the room through the window ac panel. Half of the room was soaked with water. I had chosen their premium room but the room was way below standard.

I recently stayed at the grand em-pore in patna and found the rooms quite small and unpleasantly odorous. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the entrance to jafran had a strong, unpleasant smell. There was no complimentary water, and the bedding also had a lingering odor. However, the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
