Neemrana's - Baradari Palace

This was my first time staying in a hotel where the experience was defined, from the outset, by the staff. This hotel isn't perfect. At times, the experience reminded us of the Very Best Exotic Marigold Hotel movie. Some areas are in dire need of maintenance (hot water on upper floors can be a challenge - let the taps run for 10-15 minutes), and you may have to swap rooms mid-stay. But, the hotel management did go above and beyond to ensure that myself, and other members of our conference delegation could stay at the property for a few extra days when the hotel's website booking platform essentially said this was impossible. The delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the incredible staff made this stay a unique and very memorable experience. I hope that over time, the management continue to invest in the property maintenance (particularly the hot water systems). It's an incredible historic building (quite the adventure to explore after dark), and well worth a visit. I would happily recommend staying here, but come with an open mind and be prepared to be flexible.

I stayed at the Baradari Palace Patiala a hotel managed by the Neemrana group for a week ***** with a group of collegues. Overall it was an excellent experince and will be remembered positively by all the group members. The staff was very friendly and provided very professional service especially the manager Aditya who went above and beyond to make all of us welcome and comfortable. This included adjusting us for the days we were unable to book for our stay in the online booking system and also arranging accomodation for the gruop members who chose to move in with us from other hotels in the city. The quality of food matched the high perception of Punjabi hospitality. Looked forward to our breakfasts and dinners there. When I entered the hotel pr emises I was reminded of the Bollywood movie 'Hotel Marigold' - work in progress. This hotel needs lot of refurbishment to the areas around it especailly the enterance. Hope with each year Neemrana will put in resources to bring-up the propoerty to its old glory.

A beautiful historic building with lovely grounds and amenities. The rooms are very spacious. The real charm is the staff who are incredibly hospitable and go the extra mile to make their guests comfortable and happy. A special thank you to GangaRam, Jaguar, and Abhy from the housekeeping team who made our stay special.

Amazing property to stay in the middle of lush green area of Patiala. Antique and unique rooms. Comfortable stay in peaceful area. Staff there was very cooperative and Manager ensured our comfortable stay. I would like to recommend at least stay there once in life if u r around in area

Warm and welcoming staff ever ready to greet you. Hospitality has exceeded expectations. When visiting don’t forget to try their Italian wood-fire pizza. Special shout out to the chef Ahmad, Dhan Singh and Bhupinder Sharma for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We were treated like royalty.
