The experience at the property was terrible. There is no hot water availability in the rooms. We had to continuously call lobby for hot water and they kept giving excuses, however it never became available. They gave us the cheaper rooms even though we had booked the higher ones. The staff and the manager at front desk was not helpful. I accidentally left my keys at breakfast came back in 2 minutes and it was gone. And the staff refused to help with a new key. They even had the audacity to tell me that i must have kept it somewhere when it was literally just at the table 2 minutes ago. Overall really bad experience, will not recommend at all.

I need to request minimum 2 times for wifi. No hot / warm water to take bath. When we asked for help, they said will be sending warm water bucket. After waiting for 30 min, when i called up at room service, they says we dont have buckets. Breakfast is even more terrible. Asking for omlette, i called up guy 3-4 times and than i got my half baked dish after 45 minutes.

Clean and good hotel. One of the best in patiala. Room was clean, staff courteous, good breakfast. Smooth checkin and checkout. Balcony needs regular cleaning.

Terrible experience with hotel rooms are not well maintained. Bedbugs blood on bed. Washrooms are water drains problem. Pipe shower jets are in bad condition. Pls think twice stay at this hotel. Stuff is not supportive. Even room phone are not working. Of your are complaining for anything they don’t bother at all.

It’s in a good location near the gurudwara. Poor maintenance of the property. Low on staff at the restaurant. The bed was sinking.
