Hotel is good for solo stay approach area is very narrow too much crowded good for one day thanks

Very old property, hot water not available but staff behavior very polite and good no parking available

Driving from srinagar to delhi non-stop thought of taking a break after 8 hours to pathankot which was not possible due to emergency occurred at home and had to rush delhi without stopping at the hotel booked, upon requesting and making them realizing the situation, manager of the hotel denied for the refund that concludes the mmt and hotel service provided to their customers. Advertising with big names in the bollywood doesnt make your make, what makes you a brand is your customer.

The surrounding of the hotel feels like a dumpyard. It is in the middle of a main market. Good part was that the staff was responsive to our late checkin request and supported us through the process. Rooms were old and dirty. Toilets were in a bad shape. AC, TV were not functional. There was no ventilation in the room. We booked the hotel as it was comparatively cheaper. Bottom line : skip this hotel if you can spend more.
