I have visited this hotel with mt friends for dinner. Food was full of tasteless I have told that I want to meet with chef after I told I want to have word with General Manager Mr. Atul Kumar Verma. He don't know how to talk with the guest his behaviour was rudely.

Not happy with the main course One can compare Malai kofta balls with cork balls Very poor service Poor hospitality Naan were quite thick and rubbery Not justifying the price Not recommended at all Not as good as other hotel branches . . Visit others

I had good stay here the hotel zone is very good hotel in Pathankot ,nice place for official persons .good and delicious food .,,,............................... Ms Jeevan doing very well and helping for guest front office staff Mt Malkit and love ,Gahniya was also very cooperative .Mrs Sushma she was very careful towards to their guest

Awesome dinning services. They treated us so well. All syaff members of dinning amazing. Jaikesh sir treatedus very well. Always he is treated us and all people so lobingly.taaza taaza tea is available here. Tea stall is amazing traditional. Room service is also very good.

Nice to stay here, ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ this hotel provide us good and great services .food was very delicious .Room of the hotel was very clean .all Amenities were provided on one call front office staff Mr Malkit Singh and Ms Jeevan was very helpful and they take care the guest very well tremendous stay

Gobi parthan was not fully cooked electric sockets was not working properly, lame reception service, i have to go by myself for pickup my luggage

Room environment was very cozy and comfortable. Nice stay. Food quality is also good in hotel. Nice ambience in restaurant and lobby. Great experience to stay at Zone bt the Park Pathankot. This a very short but very comfortable stay. Kudos to team zone by the park.
