For the duration of our stay (3 days) no tv service available, the food during breakfast never change. It’s always the same everyday. The amenities inside the rooms are non existent. I have to call the housekeeping services to deliver those missing items like rubber matting I. The shower room, no toilet paper and the plastic co tainer for soap is missing. Towels are poor taste for a hotel like this.

We booked a room for 1 night for a family of 4 (including a child of 7 and 4 years old) (there was a 20-hour layover), the room was supposed to have 1 bed (queen size - by their standards, in fact it is a 160 cm bed 😂), and a sofa. When checking in, we were given a room with 1 bed without a sofa. We went to exchange it, they started to find out what should be in the room, then sent us to look at the new room with this sofa, then sent us to the old room to wait for their call (we waited 20 minutes), they didn’t wait - we went down with all our things to find out what happened with the exchange, it turns out they forgot about us. Okay, they gave us the key to the new room, we go in, and there - this is the picture 😂🙈. I didn't have the strength to go to the reception and start a squabble (the kids wanted to eat), so they cleaned everything up with chopsticks, tied it up and threw it away 🙈an hour passed from the moment we got to the hotel and checked into a normal room. In general, all the rooms are not intended for families with children, at least for small ones (it is inconvenient to book 2 standard rooms for a family, they can check you in on different floors). And in those rooms that are there, the beds are either single or 1.6 m. The advantages are a convenient location, there is a small pool, a normal restaurant. In general, the hotel is either for singles or for couples.
