"A historic hotel that provided ambience with a welcoming atmosphere. The hotels location provided plenty of options for food and necessities. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional service. We requested a room change which was promptly addressed and were very pleased with the new room. The 3rd floor pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Although, a weekly noontime schedule to purchase beverages and food at the pool would have been welcomed. We would like to acknowledge exceptional and friendly service from Graciela F. and Adriana C. They made our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning in the future and would highly recommend the Pasadena Hotel!!"

"It's more like a motel, located in a very remote area. However, the price is not cheap. The room cleanliness is so-so. It has two floors, the refrigerator looks old, and the room is very dark. It's not worth the price compared to what Ctrip charges."

"The surroundings are very clean and tidy. The room facilities are decent, pretty much complete with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The service was alright. The mountain view room we booked also offered a view of the mountains."

"The room was very clean and well-planned. The nearby shopping mall and the city hall are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was not very varied but basically everything was available. Paper cups were also provided for take-away coffee or tea. The only downside was that the shower faucet could not be hand-held. The hotel also charged the room fee twice, which was refunded immediately after communicating with Ctrip customer service. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"The business trip schedule changed, so I booked this hotel at short notice. The price was not low. I was a little surprised when I found it was a motel. Fortunately, after checking in, I felt that the hygiene was OK. It was relatively clean and I could drive my car to the door of the room. Overall, it was OK."

"The room had basic decor but was reasonably clean. My main complaint is about housekeeping; they only serviced the room every other day. I've traveled extensively and have never come across this before. Only two small bottles of mineral water were provided in the room. When we requested more, they wouldn't give us any, and the downstairs minimart didn't even stock them. The ventilation system in the room was incredibly loud, making a noise like an airplane taking off. Even after changing rooms, the issue remained. I honestly can't fathom how the engineering behind this was approved, or how management finds it acceptable. I won't be staying here again."

"I was very satisfied with my stay at the Westin Pasadena this time! The hotel is in a great location, with convenient surrounding restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The front desk and service staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The overall environment was quiet and relaxing, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. It was a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommended!"

Extra thanks to Eric and his team in Housekeeping for helping to make sure we didn't have feather pillows, due to our allergies. We also really appreciate the morning coffee you provide. We look forward to being back again."

"The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully. The pillow I set was a double bed room with 4 pillows. It was enough for me. The cabinet capacity was also large. Room, with bathtub, separate shower room, the most important thing is tropical rainforest flowers! !! The surrounding dining is great because there are many snacks in the central area and the hotel management is also a big brand. There is definitely a guarantee. I will come here next time!"
