Everyone was incredibly welcoming, caring, and genuinely hospitable — they made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. It honestly felt like being wrapped in one big warm hug filled with love and comfort. The hospitality, the food, the ambiance — everything was exceptional. And a special mention to the hot stone bath experience — it was absolutely magical and one of the most amazing experiences we had during our trip. If you are planning a visit to Paro, staying at Taktsangri-la is an experience in itself. Cannot recommend it enough!"

"Perfect Combination of City life and Mountain stay experience. Staff were all advance, they were ready with all my details and contacted me before 1 week of my arrival so that I can have a comfortable stay. Very helpful staff who were all open minded and made us feel comfortable I burn one appliance due to which light went off but the staff fixed everything. Hot water was unlimited as they had instant guizer and they also provided unlimited mineral water. Food was nice, they customized their regular Indian curry menu to continental set menu for me. Thank You Tshongdu Team."

"Location - excellent food - average. The food needs variety and taste. Service- varies. Poor- any minor change from the menu served, they levy extra charge. Good- room service is prompt. Hygiene - the towels are not very fresh and bathroom does not smell very fresh, maybe due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Amenities: the resort needs to keep a luggage weighing scale for international travellers. The property has been an orchard and farm house. Morning walks are good within the resort."

Red rice was top notch where as the hot and sour soup and emadatchi was average. Overall we loved the stay. Thanks khamsum and the lovely staffs. 4"
