The room was spacious, great location and more than adequate breakfast for a B&B. Host was very responsive. Will not hesitate to recommend to others if anyone is planning a trip to Parma.

An ancient renovated factory that maintains an industrial but modern charm. The owner is very kind and very welcoming. The antique furniture gives a truly unique touch.

The mother/daughter who operate this Bed & Apartment were the nicest owners we encountered on our month-long journey. They had an aura of being kind and caring of their visitors. The place is spotless, unique, inexpensive and could not be closer to those traveling to Parma by train.

Nous avons adoré la décoration du lieu, mais aussi l'aménagement et la propreté. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur. Le parking gratuit (la grille est fermée la nuit) et la situation à 10 minutes à pied du centre est vraiment géniale. Aucun problème d'insécurité, pour revenir au logement durant la soirée. Stayed 2 nights in Piumaviola and loved it. Big room, quiet and clean, with all the comfort you need. It was nice to be able to use a common room, where you can take fresh drinking water and can make coffee and tea, the whole day round. There were even yummie chocolates at the table. Breakfast is in the same room and was a small buffet and it was good. Kindly people who are running the place. It is very close to the trainstation and at walking distance from the city centre. There is a very good pizzeria just around the corner. Recommended.

All ! Immediate communication. With the code etc… which means we arrive without being stressed about the time. Free parking: completely closed and secure. Homemade breakfast in XL size. The decor, the room, the bubble bath in romantic mode with light and candles. Very pleasant smell everywhere. Honestly heaven I recommend +++++
