"This is my fourth time staying here . Always been fun. This time i was a little disappointed Due to songkran it is very full . My room had a very bad musty smell that lingered thru the whole night even with air purifier the smell is stuck . Luckly the staff change my room the next day with an apology.
The property is a lot newer and cleaner which I LOVE. Rooms are always spot on !
A week prior I was staying in Centara grande mirage .
I got to stay centara grande staffs are a lot friendlier and genuinely welcoming and always say hi and greet my child and talk to them . This is something space hotel need training on! SOME staff are not very friendly but SOME are wonderful especially the lifeguard guy who makes balloons! He always make my kid super happy every visit.
Also, the breakfast is pretty lacking at space hotel . Very little variety and taste is very mediocre. Definitely something to upgrade especially when there is soo many guest staying .
But overall it is a very fun staycation and will definitely be back again ! can’t wait for phase two to open !"

"My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first.
• 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction.
• 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo)
• 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos)
Staff:
The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job.
Overall:
The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure.

"This hotel is perfectly located right by Terminal 21, it's very clean, and getting around is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. It's also not a long walk to the Tiffany Show, so the location is definitely a plus. In the evenings, you just head downstairs to the T21 night market, though I found it a bit pricey and the food wasn't great. The hotel is also very close to the famous Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Avenue – you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and that's where you'll find Pattaya Beach."

"I did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent.
The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient.
The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices.
The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them.
The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook.
Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back."

"Honestly, I picked this hotel randomly at first, but the cleanliness and service were surprisingly good. Especially in our room, we initially booked a queen room for three people, and they even went out of their way to make up the sofa bed with sheets and duvet covers for us. I'm so grateful! I'm just really sorry that we were in a rush to head to the island the next day and forgot to leave a tip in the room. After checking out, we came back from our trip and needed to shower and change. We returned to the hotel, knowing there would be a charge for using the facilities again. To our surprise, Cave was incredibly helpful, bringing us towels and showing us to the showers and a place to store our luggage. We are truly, truly grateful. We had planned to specifically thank Cave upon our return, but he must have already finished his shift, as we didn't see him. Again, a huge thank you! We hope to have the chance to stay at this hotel again."

"Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy.
We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm.
We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view.
Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future."

The room was wonderful, clean and with a marvelous view of the city and the sea. The pool area was also wonderful with a beautiful view. They have a decorative boat that also serves as a water slide, very cool for children. The breakfast was also very tasty, with Lots of food options, breads and fruits. Wonderful!!

EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful hotel. We booked a room for two adults, even though we had two adults and one child (8 years old). They didn't charge extra for the child for the room or breakfast, which is good to know – we just showed all three passports at check-in. We arrived at 11 AM and were able to check in early. After downloading the hotel app, we headed straight to the waterpark. Around 3 PM, the official check-in time, we received a notification that our room key was ready. I highly recommend checking in early if you can; when I went to collect the key at 3 PM, the lobby was packed, and the check-in line was incredibly long. The front desk staff was very friendly; when I asked for a high floor, they readily agreed. However, I soon realized that the floor level doesn't really matter here – every room offers stunning views of the pool and the ocean, even those on the sides. I had booked a non-cancellable room three months in advance, and later found out the price dropped by 800. To my surprise, after contacting Trip.com, they actually refunded the difference after our stay – what a pleasant surprise! There aren't many dining options right outside the hotel. On our first day, we ate pizza and other things at the hotel, which was a bit pricey. Getting tired of that, on the second day, we tried a street food stall right outside the main gate. They made some incredibly delicious stir-fried dishes – highly recommended! It's just one stall by the entrance, easy to find. The service wasn't the best, but the food was fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-10 minute walk away. This hotel is definitely the best choice if you're traveling with kids.

GGuest UserThis was my fourth stay at The Fifth Jomtien & obviously I would highly recommend it. The rooms are modern, clean & my room featured a kitchenette complete with microwave, medium fridge & even a kitchen sink.
The staff are all smiles (& not fake) and super friendly & efficient. The breakfast, if included, is a buffet style including Asian & Western meal options, as well as an egg station & a full salad and fruit bar to choose from.
Next time I stay here, it will be my fifth stay at the Fifth and I'm very much looking forward to it.

The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge
The pool is clean and well kept
The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.
The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient.
Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking.
Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.

BBulletgreyPattaya is beautiful, and I booked this hotel based on recommendations from Xiaohongshu users. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Pattaya Beach. The stroll from the hotel to the beach is also very scenic. The price was quite cheap too. However, the hotel doesn't provide toiletries, and you're not allowed to bring outside food back to the room. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven nearby where you can buy any toiletries you need. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service.
