"We had a great stay at the cottage. They had a play pen crib set up for my little one. It was a nice gesture, but the padding was several blankets, so could have been dangerous. I caught him putting the blankets over his face and couldn’t get them off, so he slept with us. Which was fine. The bed was big enough. (Which I think the bed was bigger than stated. ) The pool was great. Just wish it was non smoking area. As we had a baby with us. We spent every day at least once mostly twice there. It was clean. And nice. The breakfast was great, nothing super fancy, but I felt it had a little for everyone. Salad, breads, muffins, pancakes, eggs, Asian food, coffee and juice. The last day they even packed us a to go bag as our flight was earlier then the buffet. We paid for a room that had a shuttle both ways. So that was a nice touch. Also down the street is a tiny convenience store for drinks, and some snacks, as well as a really good Thai local place we ate at daily. The food was delicious, affordable and eaten mostly by locals. The robinsons was literally right around the corner as well as the night market. And a 7-11 about 10 minute walk.. the cons of the hotel are no amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush, but they give shampoo and soap in the room. And also the door, you have to lock it before you leave. It doesn’t lock automatically like most doors. We almost left our room open, but thankfully , we checked to make sure it was locked. And to our surprise, it didn’t lock. None of these are deal breakers. And we would gladly stay again for the cost of the hotel, and shuttle!"

"+ The staff was very friendly + Nice room - Soundproofing is terrible (basically none), so if your room faces the street, you will hear motorbikes loudly. It's not the busiest street though so it should be tolerable."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in Chinatown. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station and about a 12-minute walk to the ferry terminal. Given Bangkok's heavy traffic, having access to the metro and ferry is incredibly convenient. The rooms are comparable to economy hotels in China, with rather dated amenities. The breakfast restaurant is on the 14th floor, which is right below the rooftop, where there's a small swimming pool. However, not many guests seemed to use it. The breakfast selection was limited and, honestly, quite ordinary. Since my booking included breakfast, I just made do with what was available."

"The hotel's location is excellent. Easy access to BKK airport, train line, metro, and pier. The food court near the station was a plus. We had access to a quiet room. We only had difficulty using the shower and asked for help, and we found it was very easy. The hotel is old, but it has been renovated. The shower curtain was depressing. Considering the price and the included breakfast, it was a great choice; I would definitely book again."

"For what we paid it was a great deal. They let us keep our baggage in the front til check-in time since we got there at 6am and even helped us print a form we needed. There is a ferry really close by that we used to get around too, and motorbike taxis if u wanted"

"Not far from Don Mueang International Airport, this hotel offers excellent value for money. There are many convenience stores and snack shops nearby, making it a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. We had a great rest. The rooms are well-equipped, and the hygiene conditions are good, with powerful air conditioning. The front desk staff are warm and lovely, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. I've stayed here before and taken photos of the rooms, but not the restaurant. So this time, I took a few pictures of the restaurant and the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good value when catching a flight."

"Stayed just 1 night in between transit. Hotel is resort style. Based on my owned stay, i experienced double standard in seevice esoecially from reception and restaurant. I observed western guests were treated and welcomed more warmly. Please improve this. Deluxe room was spacious, but shower was so badly clogged (didnt bother to get it fixed since only staying for 1 night). Breakfast was decent. Check out was slow and below expectation."

"Great budget stay near BKK airport. However, no toothbrushes and toothpaste as the basic amenities is big NO! They kept a security deposit of 500 Baht which they returned later eo be careful about that. Cleanliness was great however and would be definitely staying again if the price stays same."

"Really enjoyed my stay here – I wanted somewhere I could properly relax before my next adventure, and it was perfect for that. The room was lovely and having a balcony was a nice bonus. The bed, however, wasn’t the most comfortable – especially for a 4-star hotel, I expected better. There are a few food options: you can order Grab straight to the hotel or eat at the restaurant. The restaurant food wasn’t the best, but the breakfast was good (just quite busy at times). The swimming pool was definitely a highlight – I spent hours relaxing there. The slide was fun and not just for kids, which made it even better. The hotel is also in a great location, just a short walk from ICONSIAM mall. It was really convenient having a convenience store and a spa in the hotel too."

"My trip to Thailand was wonderful, and the hotel's location was very convenient. However, the hygiene conditions were truly concerning, something I've never experienced before. I discovered the issues late at night and called the front desk to explain. The person actually asked me, ”Didn't anyone clean your room today?” Seriously, whose job is that? Are you asking me? How am I supposed to know? Anyway, the tip I left on the pillow was gone, so I just assumed someone had cleaned the room. The staff who changed the sheets was polite, but three or four sets had different dirty spots. They eventually explained it was washing machine marks. But then I have to ask, are the marks on the sheets also from the washing machine? And what about the holes in the duvet cover? In the end, I just gave up. Dirty is dirty, I'll just wear my pajamas and deal with it. They said it was too late to report to the manager that night and that the manager would contact me the next day. But the next day, I had to be the one to go to the front desk. They said the manager was in a meeting and asked when I would be available. I'm on vacation! Who has time to wait around for you? Finally, it was check-out time, and they asked if I still wanted to talk to the manager. So, should I just miss my flight and skip going to the airport? Will you reimburse me for a missed flight? Their way of handling problems was incredibly frustrating. My trip was originally very happy, and Thailand is beautiful, but this hotel completely ruined my mood. On the bright side, I have to give credit where it's due: the fire safety was excellent. Someone smoked in their room, and the alarm went off. I ran out in the middle of the night thinking there was a fire. It did affect my sleep a bit, but at least the alarm worked well."
