The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking.
However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good.
The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day.
Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it."

I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city.
What I loved:
Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax.
Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples.
The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips.
Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!"

I thought I had to explain the same old over and over again when I showed people with high level of respect at all times which I find not nice and necessary in those incidents."

"I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh."

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

I also loved the vibrant, cozy atmosphere that makes the hostel feel like a home away from home. TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR.
Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us.
This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab.
Parking: Outside parking is available for guests.
Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed.
The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site.
