This particular Hampton in Linyi stands out for its excellent service and environment. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, making the check-in process very smooth. The room had great natural light and an open view; pulling back the curtains in the morning let the sunshine stream in. Highly recommended!"

The photographer knows all the best spots on the property and even helps with posing – the pictures turn out amazing! **Room & View:** The river view room on the 17th floor (specifically room 23) offers a great view. You can see the entire Shuhe River right from your room. It's incredibly relaxing to just lie in bed and enjoy the river scenery. **Cleanliness & Environment:** Bailey checks in daily to see if we need our room cleaned, and the bedding is always neatly tidied. **Service Details:** Both the front desk and room service staff are incredibly attentive, responsive, and enthusiastic. Staff members we encountered in the hallways always greeted us proactively. From arrival to departure, there were always staff in the lobby ready to help with our luggage."

Across the road, People's Square hosts night market stalls, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Although there's some noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for guests. Both the bathroom and bed linens are top-notch and very comfortable. The bedside lamps are incredibly practical. Breakfast offers a wide selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. Even the salt and pepper shakers demonstrate the hotel's attention to detail! The coffee shop on the ground floor is very appealing. From its decor and comfortable furnishings to the placement of coffee-related art, it's clear the owner has excellent taste! The coffee shop and the Hyatt complement each other beautifully. A small suggestion: the grout on the bathroom floor needs repairing to maintain its high standard!"
