"The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"Many Xin Mansion hotels are located in old city centers, which is great for tourists who love to shop and explore. This particular one in Kaifeng is right next to Gulou (Drum Tower), and you can even see it from your room! It's perfect for enjoying the night market in the evenings. Even though it's in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Catching a taxi right outside the hotel was also pretty easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, like Di Yi Lou, making it convenient to try local specialties. The price is a bit higher compared to similar places, but it's definitely worth it."

"The front desk service was excellent, and I was happy with the room – it was clean and well-equipped. I also loved the hotel's style and its proximity to tourist attractions. However, there's one significant issue: the cafeteria service was absolutely terrible!!! I went for breakfast, saw some raw noodles and a pot, and asked, 'Are these noodles for making?' The service auntie replied, 'It's all self-service!' I then asked, 'So, I make the noodles myself too?' She repeated, 'It's all self-service!' I thought, okay, I'll make them myself. But then, she impatiently asked, 'What are you doing? Do you want noodles?' I said yes, and she very grudgingly came over and started cooking them. I was thinking, I could have just made them myself, I didn't insist *you* do it. After the noodles were cooked, she just scooped them out, put the bowl down, and walked away without even saying 'here you go' or anything. I quickly went to grab it because it was for my child, and I asked, 'Is this sauce spicy?' Without even looking back, she just walked out and yelled, 'Whatever you want, just pour it yourself!' What??? What kind of person is this?? It was so baffling! What an attitude, first thing in the morning, do I owe you money??? I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out, and they were very apologetic, which was good. I genuinely like Qianna Hotel, but this kind of staff member is just incredibly off-putting!!!"

"The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting."

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"I was incredibly satisfied, it's a shame it was our last night staying here. If I had chosen this hotel from the beginning, I definitely would have extended my stay. I've stayed at two hotels near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and this one offers the best value for money. It's very close to the Welcome Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, less than a 10-minute walk, and conveniently located near the road for easy taxi access. It's also quite quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We came down a bit late, and the auntie specially made fresh pancakes for us. The stir-fried dishes were also tasty; this was the best breakfast we've had at any hotel we've stayed in! This hotel is perfect for families with children, and the service is excellent. They even gave us a small gift when we left. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future!"

"From booking to check-out, my entire stay was incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and offering tips for getting around. It felt welcoming from the moment I stepped in.
The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to relax instantly and get excellent sleep. The lighting and ventilation were great, and the layout was well-designed, never feeling cramped. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with hot water coming quickly and stable pressure. The toiletries provided were complete and effective.
The hotel's overall environment was quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. I heard absolutely no noise from the hallway or outside at night, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The public areas were clean and elegant, with facilities well-maintained. Whether it was the elevators, air conditioning, or Wi-Fi, everything ran smoothly. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for working or streaming without any lag.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. The front desk staff even shared their personal travel tips, which was a nice touch. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the toilets to smart ones for an even better experience. The hotel's location is great, not far from Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. They even have electric bikes available for guests to ride there. The breakfast spread was fantastic and varied daily, offering a taste of Kaifeng's local specialties like Kaifeng Bucket Chicken, stir-fried pancakes, beef, and spicy soup. The large bathtub was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, making it a good choice for those sensitive to noise. The laundry room was spacious and had an outdoor area for drying clothes. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kaifeng.

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free.
The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

GGuest UserThe place has a home feel to it. It's a small hotel owned by a couple. The owners are nice and generous and offer tips for various things, and allow me to use their humble kitchen on the first floor for making my special diets three meals a day. My room is kind of small and bare ( no TV) but most times I was out a lot so never felt confined. The room is clean. There is free laundry though you have to hang to dry naturally. Location is great since it's near the middle of the city so I can walk to visit landmarks and shop different stores. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious local food. Though there is a middle school next to the hotel and they have a loud PA system that starts to play a bit music followed by announcements from 7 in the morning to like 9 pm. But it doesn't interfere with my sleep since I wake up early. All in all, I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel and would strongly recommend.

GGuest UserAfter a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable zero-pressure mattresses. The all-smart room system is super convenient – just a voice command to Xiao Du controls everything. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, giving us tons of travel tips. Free foot bath tubs and wormwood packets were a nice touch; soaking our feet at night was so relaxing. 24-hour snacks and free parking show their attention to detail. When they found out we were going to Wansui Mountain the next day but would be arriving back very late, they gave us breakfast vouchers and welcome fruit. This was very thoughtful, as it meant we didn't have to go out looking for food early the next morning.

The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

The service was enthusiastic, and the hotel's location is fantastic – within walking distance to Longting Park and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water, which are the things I care about most when I travel!
