"Overall, this is a great hotel, and it seems to be considered an international brand in the area. The lobby is on the sixth floor, and the front desk staff were very proactive and enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and even upgraded my room. Since it was my first time staying in the area, she proactively recommended nearby restaurants and local delicacies. After a second round of drinks, I came back late at night, and it was convenient to find vending machines selling snacks at the hotel. Deliveries were also made easy with a robot. The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were relatively new. The air conditioning was incredibly powerful – it felt like two different worlds inside and outside the room. Very good."

"I stayed for three consecutive nights, and the environment was excellent, the service was great, and the food was delicious. It was especially easy and stress-free for those traveling with children during the holidays. This hotel truly surprised me! "Had a fantastic stay! The location is a huge plus, very close to shopping areas and attractions, making it super convenient for exploring and dining without detours. Room facilities are well-maintained; the TV picture quality was clear, Wi-Fi signal was stable, and there were plenty of charging outlets – thoughtful details. The service was incredibly warm; they proactively helped with luggage during check-in and even provided helpful tips for local sightseeing. Any requests were handled quickly. Cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, and had a great wet/dry separation. For this price, the experience was outstanding – excellent value for money. Highly recommend to anyone planning a trip!"

First off, the location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to Wanren Palace Wall and just a street away from the Confucius Temple.
As for the environment, it's a charming Chinese garden style, with all rooms being independent villas or townhouses.
Regarding service, after check-in, the butler escorted us to our room. We received welcome fruits, and the butler immediately sent over a local travel guide. We were also able to check out late at 1 PM.
The only minor drawback was that breakfast was quite average.

JJessie Ly Doan 丽丽The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room.
My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that.
There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

The rooms are fully equipped with modern amenities, including comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms, blending ancient aesthetics with contemporary comfort seamlessly. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the scenic area, so you can explore everything on foot without any hassle. The check-in experience was fantastic, and I truly recommend it! When I checked out, the staff even gave me a commemorative coin, which was a thoughtful little gift. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely choose this place.

AAnonymous UserYou can really tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into its operations. It's rare to find a hotel where every single staff member is so genuinely enthusiastic and dedicated to service. You can feel that everyone truly wants guests to have an exceptional experience here.
I tried the Chinese restaurant, Zhouyuan – delicious! And the staff there were incredibly welcoming too.
Also visited the JW Bar; the bartender was absolutely fantastic.
The breakfast included all the Qufu snacks I wanted to try, which saved me the hassle of looking for them elsewhere.
A special mention goes to the daily complimentary drinks in the lobby – they're specially prepared and absolutely delicious! The ingredients are even sourced from the JW garden.

They even upgraded my room for free! The 76th generation descendant of Confucius still embodies such elegance and grace, truly refined and courteous!

MMalidaThe room was very satisfactory! Especially for breakfast, we could eat sweet potatoes from Sishui, which were really delicious. They were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, sweet and sticky.
In the evening, the hotel not only provided fruits, but also provided some longan and white fungus health porridge. Although I was afraid of getting fat, I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it.

GGuest UserAfter scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one.
The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door.
The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light.
I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing!
When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message.
On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here!
Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

10mins walk to their pedestrian street , you will find Luckin Coffee, Hey Tea etc and I highly reccomend MOBEN Thai restaurant located about 5mins walk (north) from Hey Tea .

We walked into a room which stunk of cigarette smell. Suspect it was either coming through the shared air vents or the linen/towels , as if they were dried at a location where others smoke nearby.
It's a pity because it's a really nice hotel.
We had someone trying to enter the lift with a lighted cigarette in his mouth , and I had to push him out . That's crazy .

GGuest UserOlder hotel, but still in pretty good condition. Nice quiet location. Breakfast OK. Must have the strongest coffee in China. Still, hotels providing toast without butter or margarine is a bit of a bugbear of mine, but a minor problem nonetheless. Shout out to the staff at this place who were all attentive, helpful and wonderfully pleasant. This hotel is about 1500m due South of the old town South Gate. To get to the hotel from the fast train station, take bus K01 (¥1) and get off at Datong Lu. Turn right for a hand made noodle restaurant at the intersection. Across the road is a popular McDonald's, and downstairs from that is a fully stocked supermarket. The 'san kong' sights start at the South Gate where you buy your thru ticke int. The temple and mansion are very interesting, and expect crowds. ¥7 for a Didi to the South Gate. The cemetery where 100k Kong people are buried is worth a look for the Confucius burial area. This area is only a 500m walk from the entrance. The whole wooded area is large, but you can skip the bus tour as they only stop at the main site anyway, and drive like Fangio through the rest. A slow three wheel open trike cost ¥10 back to the hotel

MM50038****The bathroom was tiny, and the toilet looked quite old. The sink wasn't particularly clean either. Mobile reception in the room was poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak; it was okay for watching videos but not recommended for gaming. The room wasn't very spacious, with two beds and a narrow aisle. Parking was available right in front of the hotel with free spots. The hotel is very close to the Confucius Temple, just a two-minute walk. The only upside was the very friendly owners; they answered all our questions, and the elderly couple was very welcoming. It was alright for a two-night stay while taking the kids to school, especially considering the much lower price. Can't expect too much for what we paid, this is an honest review.
