The room is big, the environment is good, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is particularly good, attentive and thoughtful. It was too hot when we first arrived at the hotel, so we went out for a walk and came back. They put a cooling fan in our room. Jiayuguan is particularly dry, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier, which is really thoughtful! I will stay here again next time!

I booked a room for a business trip. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants around the hotel. I don't have to worry about eating. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The check-in experience was great, and free drop-off service was provided. Every service staff I encountered was warm and thoughtful, so I would like to give it a thumbs up. The room is very clean, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry bathrooms are separated. Any problems will be solved immediately. The attitude is very good. I like it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Jiayuguan.

The best hotel to stay in during the Great Northwest Loop Tour. A four-star hotel with the best environment, hygiene and service attitude. The three ordinary standard rooms we booked were all upgraded to business standard rooms free of charge. Each room has a balcony and a fruit plate, which is really not too comfortable. Next time I go to Northwest, I will definitely go there again.

First let me start by saying when you stay at this hotel make sure you book a room on the west side of the hotel, floors 6 and up. When we just arrived we got a room on floor 5 (a budget room, so just pay a bit extra for a better room) and it just didn't feel clean and the toilet didn't work, but the staff were so nice the upgraded our room to the 7th floor and the room there were clean, spacious and really nice.
The staff helped us with everything during our stay, and organized a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and they could speak some English
Overall I'd say this is a great hotel to stay at when traveling to stay a couple nights.

The room is very spacious, and the window overlooks the snow-capped mountains in the distance. It is hygienic and has very good facilities. The layout especially shocked me. It is unique, romantic, warm, and elegant. The surrounding environment is clean and elegant, and it is very close to Jiayuguan Pass, the most important pass in the world, and the Fantawild Silk Road Divine Painting Scenic Area. It is convenient for sightseeing, transportation is convenient, and the service is in place. Many local delicacies are recommended. I really felt the blue of the blue sky, the white of the snow-capped mountains and the scorching sun of the Gobi. The experience was great!

The location is very good to find, the front desk called in advance to reserve a parking space, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and also sent welcome fruit. The seafood hot pot eaten upstairs in the hotel at night tastes good, the ingredients are very fresh, the only downside is that the waiter in the restaurant does not know if he is in a bad mood. I was frowned when I served the food. I wouldn't have called him if the hot pot gas tank was always out.

From the high-speed direct, about ten minutes or so, the front desk called in advance to help us reserve a parking space, and the waiter waited at the elevator to send us to the room, the service was very good ๐.
Breakfast is simple, but ask us in advance what we want to eat, and give us what to do, it's quite good.
The room is clean and tidy, and it is a good value for money hotel on the road.

Although the room is small, it is clean and hygienic. The service staff are very friendly. There is a free pick-up service, fruits every day, and it is easy to get a taxi. There are many restaurants around, but the only thing I have to say is that the room is close to the road and it is very noisy. We are woken up by the noise outside the window before six every morning. When we opened the curtains, we saw these people who didn't know what they were doing making a lot of noise until eight o'clock. I wanted to change rooms, but I also work in the hotel industry and know how difficult it is to work in the service industry, so I endured it. People who sleep lightly should not choose this room type.

GGuest UserThe experience from check-in to check-out was super great! The girls at the front desk were very nice (the recommended Xiaohua and Dapangzi, Huguo, Xingpi tea, and beef noodles were all delicious, and the hotel location was good, not far from these places). They also upgraded our room (thank you again). The guest rooms were very clean, and the corners of the bathroom were very clean. Whether it was the room staff or the front desk, they would greet the guests and respond to the guests' needs. It was great๐... The shampoo, shower and hand soap in the room all smelled very good, and the most favorite thing was that the pillows were so comfortable (I want to know what brand it is)
I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The restaurant was clean and sanitary, and the dishes were rich!
I forgot to take pictures of the guest rooms in a hurry, but I will choose Starway Hotel in the future

They speak little or no English (as everywhere) but communication worked, also with translator app, and they were helpful and attentive. For me, location was very convenient (next to the railway station (the one I used), a city bus hub, e.g. to the fort, and some food options)

It is very close to Fantawild Phase 2. After a day of playing, my baby and I had a good sleep. In addition, it actually includes breakfast, complete with eggs and side dishes, and it tastes good!
Finally, I want to talk about the myna at the door of the inn (it must be myna). He actually understood what we were saying and nodded. He was very spiritual!
Finally, I would like to praise the boss for his carefulness and thoughtfulness, thank you very much!

GGuest UserHuili Business Apartment. Like the name implies it caters more for businessmen. If you donโt have a car it can be a bit of a hassle to get around. Though taxis are a good standby. As a 4* hotel it is huge and expansive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. Nevertheless the room I was given was well equipped for a good nightโs stay. The staff were helpful and tried their best to help with queries though one of them was a bit clueless. However the much touted night market was a letdown. It was quite a walk away and did not seem to be functioning fully. At night the whole area is aglow with attractive twinkling lights making the hotel look like a fairyland. I have nothing to complain about the hotel because I paid a very good price to stay here and they even allowed me a late check-out!

However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious
The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are sayingโฆ Or doingโฆ
Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so itโs quite slippery when you leave the shower

The room has air conditioning, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the child said that the bathroom is like a space capsule, which is very interesting.
